Jonny Cole pops in to talk about his stand up work and an unusual charity event he has later this year and last weekend i met up with Colin Anderson Musical Director of the Birmingham Town Hall Choir and he told me about how they formed and the recent success. Music comes from Sasha McVeigh ahead of her UK tour in April and also from The Smokin' Pilchards with Ed Cartwright on the phone who also tells us about the latest venue for his touring art exhibition "Made in Metal"

Stacey Solomon tells us about her new album and we have David Love in the studio for a catch up on his latest TV Quiz show appearances and to play a few of his comedy songs. Chris Smith pops in to tell us all about his book on the Tipton Slasher and Hayley Edwards lets us know about The Haven Refuge's Easter appeal. As well as all of this we have acoustic or studio tracks as well as greeting on our 300th episode from Jess and the Bandits, Mo Evans, Gala, Sasha McVeigh, Effie, Martin Austwick, and Natasha Hagens!
