David Wright and talk about the restoration project for the Organ at St. Peters in Wolverhampton City centre (and the Elgar music event that launches the appeal), Amy Johnson from Promise Dreams tells us about some of their forthcoming fund raisers for the charity and Bilston Artist Dave Gunning lets us know about his work and forthcoming workshops and exhibition in his home town.

The it's off the the gym, well actually the Kyushinkai Martial Arts Centre in Madely, Telford where we meet up with Professional cage fighter Jon Williamson and he puts Zoe thorough her paces and shows her how to take on some of the toughest sportsmen on the planet.

This week in The Milk Bar we talk to the man at the top of the Darts world Phil 'The Power' Taylor about his work out regime that is helping keep him in pole position in his game, Jonny Terry joins us on the phone to talk about his work as a Stone Mason and we chat with young entrepreneurs  Louis Barnett and Jamie Dunn about their current projects, mentoring and (of course) Chokolit!
Music comes from Duncan Sheik who is the opening act when Howard Jones comes to Bilston's Robin 2 later this month.

We also talk Diabetes and how the Premier League hope to help you avoid it with Katrina Maguire from Wolverhampton Wanderers Community Trust.

We also have guests galore with Miss Black Country, Andrea Sturmey, joins us on the phone to let us know how things are going in her bid to be Miss England, one of Wolverhampton's 'Wilfs' tells us what it is like being a park ranger in the city, and Graham Hughes enlightens us on the Featherstone Festival which takes place later this month.
Also we chat with Joby Carter from Carter's Steam Fair about their attractions and spending a month in Weston Super Mare!

This week in The Milk Bar we hear from Phil Butler on his return from Australia having spent 3 weeks entertaining audiences in the southern hemisphere, South Staffs Council on their SUSSED scheme keeping your kids occupied during the summer break and Alex Ohm from The Lines updates us on there recent activity.
We have live music supplied by The Rimes, a very talented four piece from Willenhall and Zoe mostly manages to work within the generally accepted structure of the English language (MOSTLY....)
